Yozy’s role has included program framing, resource and service-navigation planning, digital solution exploration and deployment planning for a family-navigation and connection-circle initiative.
The work considers how families can find information, connect with resources and participate in supportive community conversations. It also explores repeatable processes that could help an organization expand capacity as the program develops.
